Frequently asked questions
Do they go inside the ear?
No. They rest outside the ear and are held in place by a comfortable hook. This avoids the pressure of traditional in-ear earbuds.
Can I use them for running or workouts?
Yes. The hooks help keep them stable during movement. Their IPX5 rating provides resistance to sweat and splashes; they are not designed for swimming.
How does the sound work?
Directional audio sends sound towards the ear while the open-ear design allows you to remain aware of your surroundings.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 25 hours of total use with the charging case. A five-minute quick charge provides up to one hour of playback.
What devices are compatible?
They connect by Bluetooth to most compatible phones, tablets and other wireless devices.
How do I fit them?
Take an earbud from the case, place the hook over your ear, gently rotate it behind the ear and adjust it until it feels secure and comfortable.
